The David’s Loft Center for Recover Supports also provides Supported Employment services. The Supported
Employment Program was developed to assist individuals recovering from substance use and/or mental health challenges in obtaining employment. Individuals are given ongoing support in employment preparation, job placement, job coaching, and overall adjustment to the work environment.

As with all treatment and services provided, evidence-based practices are used to provide psychiatric rehabilitation to adults, adolescents, and children. These practices include Motivational Interviewing (MI), systemic instruction (SI), and self-management. Clinical and lay staff are trained to implement the strategies associated with these evidence-based practices when engaging clients in both groups and individually.
